ACRYLIC PAINT

In 2022, I started showcasing my paintings at local art walks. Inititially my painting style drew inspiration from the anime series Samurai Champloo. Using acrylic paint, I attempted to recreate the impressionism and vibrancy in my artwork. Painting was a medium I had little experience with, I found myself unable to fully control the outcome of my creations. This dynamic was reflective of the human condition and painting grew to be my favorite medium.

Over the years, my interests evolved, and I began delving into more imaginative and expressive territory. Through my drawings, I found an outlet to convey a range of emotions, including social unrest, anxiety and curiosity. My art has always been deeply influenced by hip-hop, punk, rap and other progressive movements. By the time I reached high school, my ideas became more authentic, distinctive, and rooted in my own experiences. Since establishing my art ambition has allowed me to create for talents such as Abel tesfaye, Lil Yachty, Mike G, Mitch Modes, Eem Triplin, Kenny Mason and more.
